TDD Signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Zhejiang NPT

On May 9, Xu Hui, the Chairman of Zhejiang NPT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Zhejiang NPT), visited TDD. An Sha, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Intelligent Transport Division of TDD, warmly welcomed the visitors.

The two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement on-site, which will focus on deep cooperation on the digital upgrading of the chemical industry chain such as polyester and resin, supply chain collaboration, and cross-border trade, jointly promoting cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and high-quality development in the industry.

Zhejiang NPT was established in 2011, headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang. It is a leading supply chain management service provider for plastics and chemicals in China. Its subsidiary, Henan Network Plastics New Materials, is currently the largest polystyrene production enterprise in China, with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of polystyrene across a total of 6 production lines, each with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year.

During the discussion, Xu Hui stated: “Zhejiang NPT has been deeply engaged in the plastic chemical supply chain for over a decade, accumulating rich industry resources and digital operation experience. This collaboration will leverage the collaborative effects of both parties in the polyester resin industry chain, using the cross-border trading platform and cloud factory model of TDD to optimize procurement efficiency and expand overseas markets. We hope TDD can provide support in areas such as digital supply chains and industrial big data, to jointly create a more competitive ecological system for the chemical industry internet.”

An Sha stated: “TDD is a leading B2B e-commerce and industrial internet platform that actively integrates the existing value system of the industrial chain, collaborating with regional resources to jointly promote innovation in the industrial and supply chains. The warehouse transaction system and regional warehousing network of Zhejiang NPT are highly complementary to the global supply chain layout of TDD. This cooperation will accelerate the digital circulation of products such as polyester resin and lay the foundation for in-depth collaboration between the two parties in areas such as cross-border trade and smart logistics.”
