He emphasized that as a key component, the performance of gravure ink binder directly affects the printing quality and environmental protection indicators. At present, the industry is developing in the direction of low VOC and high adhesion, and the environmental protection and applicability of the connecting material will be further improved through molecular structure design and new material application in the future.

Mo Lixin, a professor and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, brought a special report on "Printed Electronic Ink and Application Product Development". He pointed out that printed electronic ink, as a functional material, has shown broad application prospects in the fields of flexible display and intelligent packaging. By optimizing conductive materials and printing processes, the manufacturing cost of electronic devices can be significantly reduced, and the popularization of Internet of Things devices can be promoted.

Liang Hongbo, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Society for Imaging Science and Technology (CSIST), delivered a speech on "The Current Status and Technical Dynamics of China's Radiation Curing Ink Industry". He pointed out that China's radiation curing ink market has maintained steady growth, and UV-LED curing technology has gradually matured. In the future, the industry will focus on the development of low-energy curing systems, bio-based raw material applications, etc., to promote the development of ink products in a more environmentally friendly and efficient direction.

She introduced that water-based ink is rapidly popularizing in the field of packaging and printing with their environmental protection advantages. Among them, waterborne acrylic resin has made significant breakthroughs in adhesion and weather resistance through molecular structure design and synthesis process optimization, providing important material support for green printing.

Sheng Lijun, an engineer of Xiamen Red Ant Chemical Co., Ltd., published "Comparative Analysis of the Actual Operation and Cost of Mellow Ink in Gravure Printing". He said that alcohol ink in gravure printing shows good operational stability and environmental protection advantages, although the initial cost is high, but in terms of comprehensive environmental compliance and long-term operational benefits, it has significant market competitiveness.

Liu Xiaodong, Deputy Manager of the Sales Department of Dandong Bettersize Instruments Co., Ltd., “Detection Method for Particle Size and Dispersion Stability of Ink Materials". He said: "Particle size distribution and dispersion stability are the key indicators that affect the performance of inks, and through laser particle size analysis and other technical means, the quality of inks can be accurately controlled, providing a scientific basis for product development and quality control. ”
